Kofta Kebab

Grilled meat/lamb seasoned with hot herbs, together with fresh mint and parsley on a stick!
Grilled meat on a stick is one of every of my favorite summer foods! I usually prefer to take some meat, like deformity, veal, lamb, etc., cut it into bite-sized pieces, marinate it, prick it and roast it, but you’ll also use ground meat! There are many ways to enjoy minced meat on a stick and my recipe is kofta kebab!

Kofta Kebab (aka Köfte kebap, aka shish köfte) could be a dish of lamb and/or minced meat with onions, hot spices, and herbs (like parsley and mint), on a stick that’s grilled. this is often a really simple dish that’s actually just a meatball (or a hamburger) that’s pressed onto a stick rather than forming a ball or a cake. There are countless different versions of this recipe, which suggests you’ll make it any way you wish. you’ll use both beef and lamb and a mix of both is additionally plenty of fun! I favor bringing the onion and garlic that I grate and paste respectively. the following step is a few fresh herbs and parsley and mint are two great options, spices are the last part and there’s plenty to decide on from! they’re generally warm and aromatic and that I wish to go together with a mixture of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, sumac, and barely of Aleppo pepper, together with salt and pepper. Once the spices have mixed with the meat, it’s pressed long and thinly on the skewers before roasting, traditionally over a charcoal flame, but you’ll be able to also roast over any flame, or under the grill or during a pan.
