A Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, feta cheese, and Greek dressing.
This is a more traditional Greek salad, without lettuce, typically consisting of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, olives, feta cheese, olive oil, oregano, and sometimes a splash of red wine vinegar. This salad is straightforward to make, you just have to cut the vegetables and it is ready. The feta is usually served as a big slice on top of the salad, but it can also be served with the feta crumbled. This salad is a great lace or even a light meal and is perfect in the summer with all the ripened vegetables from the nearby countryside!
