This salad starts with some shawarma spiced chicken that is grilled before being sliced and put into a tasty salad! The Mediterranean continues in the salad which has a base of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers along with pickled onions and jalapeños, kalamata olives, feta cheese, avocado, and a spoonful of hummus. Everything is completed with a very tasty, clear, and fresh coriander-lemon-tahini dressing. This chicken shawarma salad is light but satisfying!

- 6 cups lettuce, sliced
- 1 pound chicken shawarma, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup pickled red onions
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta, crumbled
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro lemon tahini dressing
- Assemble the salad, pour on the dressing, and toss to coat before enjoying!
